We provide strategic insights for our clients (on X), sharing insights on campaigns, supporting with the execution, optimizing and reporting. At the same time, we work closely with brands on longer-term paid social and performance projects.
About you
We're looking for someone who is passionate about social media and digital marketing, and thrives in a team environment. Your responsibilities will include creating strategic paid campaigns on multiple social media platforms (with a strong focus on X) and utilizing data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance.
We're seeking a proactive, and fast-learning candidate with client management experience. Excitement for new challenges in a dynamic, innovative setting is key. B2B marketing focus, digital strategy, and account-based marketing experience are highly valued.
Key responsibilities:
Consult on X (Twitter) campaigns for worldwide clients, supporting them and meeting their needs so they can use our audience products to their fullest potential (and showing them the value of our solutions).
Follow up on the advertisers to find opportunities when possible, working closely with the sales team.
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns - mainly on X - but also on Meta, LinkedIn and Reddit.
Develop, communicate, implement & coordinate paid social media strategies for different brands.
Provide data analysis and metric reporting for clients.
Inspire clients with learnings, trends & industry benchmarking.
Thinking out of the box to maximize the potential of our products, further developing its functions and capabilities.
Guide, teach, inspire and motivate junior team members.
What we are looking for:
Min. 1 year work experience in paid social.
Fluent in English required (with a Dutch language proficiency as a bonus).
Already living in the Netherlands and eligible to work in the Netherlands.
Advanced knowledge of all social media channels & newest trends, as well as performance marketing.
Proficiency in paid social media advertising (diverse ads managers & pixels implementation).
Project management skills are a big plus, as well as experience working and developing new innovative products.
Basic understanding of Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics.
Soft skills: proactivity, problem solving, team work.

We are an on-site company and coming to the office at least 4 days a week is required, with one day a week of flexible working from home. We also offer the possibility to work from abroad for a given period of time.
